Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Scoreful, we aim to provide a transparent and fair billing experience for all users. Please review the following policy regarding subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

Once a subscription is canceled:

  • No future renewal charges will be applied.
  • Access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically qualify the user for a refund.


2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Scoreful services and the immediate access granted to premium features, educational content, and question banks, refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused time
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Verified technical issues that prevented reasonable access to the service

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the payment date by contacting our support team.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may require several business days depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.


3. Downgrades

If a user downgrades to a lower-tier subscription plan, the downgrade will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle to ensure continued access to the existing plan features during the paid period.
